Returns, Refunds & Grading 

All Reseller bundles and single items sold by Lancashire-Preloved is pre-worn or vintage, and may show signs of wear, fading minor damages or other age marks. This is to the nature of  used clothing 

We grade all items carefully before packing but human error can occur. We are using the industry-recognised categories such as Grade A, AB, B, BC and  C. Higher-grade items are typically reflect better condition and higher value.

Payment And Shipping Terms

• All payments must be made in full before dispatch.
• Shipping prices are out of our control. We will do our best to keep shipping to the lowest we can and may change on a weekly base.

We provide reliable and efficient delivery services to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation notification with tracking details. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. All orders are shipped out with the more reliable currier for the size of your order.
